Welcome to our restored country gentleman’s home nestled in the quiet hamlet of Chestertown in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains of New York State.
The1830’s house, along with its post and bean barns and surrounding meadows, has been restored by the present innkeepers Bruce & Suzanne Robbins. As one of the oldest structures in the Adirondack Park still in near original condition, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The central location of Chestertown in the Southern Adirondacks is ideal for exploring the surrounding area during any season of the year. Enjoy the performing arts in Saratoga Springs or the Lake George region during the summer months. Ski cross country or downhill in the winter at Gore Mountain or Whiteface Mountain in Lake Placid. Hike the Hi Peak trails or boat and swim in the area’s many lakes.
